Landis Message & Media serves forward-thinking, mid-to-large businesses and organizations, along with cause-related campaigns and public figures.

We create customized plans and programs to help promote, educate, publicize, fix, solve, achieve, grow, recruit, sell, create, define, connect, and other good things.

A sometimes-casual work culture with an always-serious work ethic, we aspire beyond expectations in our consulting, planning, and executing.

Tailoring teams per needs, Jesse Landis, APR, is supported by partners, part-time staff, and a deep roster of specialized subcontractors, associates, and advisers.

Accreditation in Public Relations (APR)

Practitioners Accredited in Public Relations are recognized for having mastered the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to develop and deliver strategic communications. Earning the APR is an individual achievement for seasoned professionals with particular public relations experience.

PRSA (Public Relations Society of America) Code of Ethics

To us good ethics is a no-brainer, plus it’s good business. Meanwhile, we especially like the PRSA Code of Ethics as it helps describe the positive roles us PR types can play in society. We’re advocates for sharing important and accurate information, in a helpful way, with the people that might find it informative and useful. This may be among your clients, your community, or even friends. The Code of Ethics is built on principles of advocacy, honesty, expertise, independence, loyalty and fairness.

Online News Association (ONA)

The world’s largest association of digital journalists, ONA is comprised of individuals whose principal livelihood involves gathering or producing news for digital presentation. A collaborative community for storytelling practitioners, ONA members champion best practices through training, recognitions, and community outreach.

Leadership programs

Landis leaders have graduated from and are active alumni of such leadership programs as Leadership Pinellas and Leadership St. Pete. Each focuses on educating community leaders about how things operate from government to business to health care and more.

Dedication to education

Among past and present involvements, education is an upper-rung focus. We’ve mentored, trained, coached, managed, advised, spoken to classes and groups, and helped identify paths and connections for emerging professionals. We’ve done this in official capacities for the University of Tampa, University of South Florida, PRSA and others. Our field is fast-paced and constantly evolving – we’re committed to keeping aware of emerging trends and technologies and regularly take part in national conferences and other professional development activities.
